All of the feel-good sayings and platitudes from others do not help you in your pain. Not one iota. I can sense you nodding your head right now. I do not want to embarrass myself nor insult you by saying, “I know what you are going through” because I don’t. Your pain is unique to you and I don’t necessarily understand it.

However, what I do know is thousands of chronic pain sufferers have learned how to accept and confront their chronic pain and reclaim their lives. Pain self-management will help you be in control of how you deal with your pain. Through self-management you will recognize the impact of pain in all areas of your life and realize that you can do something about it.

  • You will learn how to make informed decisions about nutritional therapies.
  • You will learn how to decrease anxiety, discomfort, fatigue, depression and chronic irritability.
